The EMPIRIAE – ENTREPRENEURIAL CITIES AND TOWNS Experience Exchange Network comprises over a dozen cities and towns with aspirations to operate slightly better to support entrepreneurship development. Association of Polish Cities advisors Marek Gabzdyl, Kamil Niklewicz and Adam Mikołajczyk discussed key entrepreneurship-related challenges faced by small and medium-sized cities and towns, obstacles identified in dialogue local governments are part of, and tourism as a piece in the small and medium-sized cities and towns development puzzle.
